Robert J. Laurel
President

Roberto J. Laurel holds a life, accident, health, and HMO license. He has consistently been a top producer for several of the insurance companies that he represents.

Tina Holliday Cerda
Executive Partner, Insurance Broker

Tina Holliday Cerda has been a partner at Laurel Insurance Agency and Associates for more than 20 years and currently holds a life, accident, health, HMO, and property and casualty license. She is in the final stages of completing coursework for the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) Designation.

Tina Holliday Cerda is a native Laredoan. She attended JW Nixon High School and received her BA in Journalism at the University of Texas at Austin. She is married to Russell Lee Cerda and they are the parents to three children Alexander, Michael, and Angelina. For hobbies, Tina enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and enjoying the company of friends and family.

Tina Holliday Cerda is the past President of the Society of Martha Washington and former President of the International Good Neighbor Council. She currently is an active member of several boards including the Laredo Children’s Museum, Communities in Schools (current President) and the Laredo Area Community Foundation. Tina is an active volunteer at St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Blas M. Martinez, Jr.
Executive Partner, Insurance Broker

Blas M. Martinez, Jr. holds a life, accident, health, HMO, and property and casualty license. He is in the process of completing the final coursework for the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
